Job description We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to power our sales and marketing strategy with rigorous analytics, funnel tracking, and insight-driven decision-making. As a Business Analyst, you’ll be embedded in the GTM function (Sales + Marketing) and will work directly with leadership to drive pipeline health, revenue forecasting, conversion analysis, and incentive execution. This role is critical to tracking how well our GTM engine is functioning and highlighting what levers we must pull to improve performance.

What You Will Work On Revenue & Funnel Analysis* Track revenue performance across segments, geographies, and channels.

  • Analyze end-to-end GTM funnel (from leads to closure) - identify leaks, track conversion rates, and recommend interventions.
  • Drive insights by segment (e.g., product, customer size, region) to inform targeting, GTM motion design, and sales playbooks.
  • Benchmark sales team performance - quota attainment, ramp-up, productivity metrics.

Dashboarding & Reporting* Build and maintain dashboards in QuickSight for GTM metrics and performance reviews.

  • Own metric hygiene and alignment across sales, demand gen, and ops teams.

Incentive Automation* Support design and execution of incentive plans - automate incentive dashboards and payout logic to ensure accurate, timely payouts.

  • Monitor the link between incentives and performance, and provide data-driven suggestions to improve incentive effectiveness.

Governance Enablement* Drive readiness for MBRs, QBRs, forecast reviews — ensure timely reports with insights and action points.

  • Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to triangulate pipeline, booking, and quota models.

What You Bring* 2–6 years of experience in GTM / Sales / Revenue Analytics — preferably in a B2B

SaaS or tech environment.* Strong command over SQL and Excel; hands-on with QuickSight, Looker Studio,

Tableau, or similar tools.* Strong understanding of GTM metrics: revenue, pipeline coverage, funnel conversions, sales productivity.

  • Experience with incentive modeling or payout automation is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking, business intuition, and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to translate data into actionable insights for GTM leaders.
