In this role, you will work with diverse datasets to analyze, model, and optimize operations using advanced analytics and machine learning. You will also have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, guiding a team of data scientists and data engineers. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources * Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict and optimize operational performance * Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively * Collaborate with domain experts to identify data\-driven improvement opportunities * Automate workflows and deploy models into production using Python and modern data tools **Required Skills** * Strong proficiency in **Python** (pandas, scikit\-learn, etc.) and **SQL** * Experience in data modeling, feature engineering, and predictive analytics * Hands\-on experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Bold BI, or similar) * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to apply creative thinking to real\-world challenges * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies **Qualifications \& Technical Expertise** * 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in data engineering * Strong expertise in: * + Advanced SQL + ETL/ELT pipelines + PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server + Performance tuning and dimensional modeling * Business Intelligence experience: * + Power BI and/or Bold BI + Data modeling, DAX/expressions + Row\-Level Security (RLS) + Scheduled data refreshes * Development Skills: * + Proficient in Python and JavaScript + Experience with Git, testing, and quality assurance + Low\-code tools like Retool for building apps and queries **Start: Immediate to 15 Days** **Location: Bangalore** Form of employment: Full\-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
