Manager \- Data Analytics (Lead Data Scientist) **Date:** 16 Apr 2026 **Location:**Bangalore, Banglore CO, IN **Company:** Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited ***Position Overview:*** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team at LMM PD, with a proven track record of leading successful data science projects and teams. Selected candidate will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of advanced data analytics solutions to solve complex business problems. ***Responsibilities:*** * Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables * Develop and Execute technical strategies and progress updates to stakeholders and executive leadership * Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and evaluate their potential impact on our business * Lead the evaluation of new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies, advocating for the adoption of technologies that align with our strategic goals * Capable of translating business problem statement into machine learning problem statement * Design e2e analytics pipeline ***Qualifi****cations:* * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred * Minimum of 5\-8 years of professional experience in data science or related fields * Proven experience leading data science projects from inception to delivery, with a strong focus on business impact and value creation * Expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling techniques * Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and/or Java, along with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries, and expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS(Lambda,ECS,Superset), and MLops * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders * Experience in predictive analytics within the automobile domain is a plus * Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus * Experience in Data engineering and Data visualization platforms is a plus * Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS Cloud is a plus **Job Segment:** Scientific, Engineer, Engineering
