Senior Full Stack Developer (Tech Solutions - BLR)

Description

• Design and build scalable full stack applications using Python React/Svelte
• Lead rapid prototyping and solution development
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on GCP/Azure
• Integrate AI/LLM-based capabilities and Agentic workflows
• Define technical standards, perform code reviews, and guide best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement understanding and technical solutioning
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and release processes
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability

Leadership Expectations

• Drive technical decisions and architecture design
• Mentor developers and enforce engineering best practices
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Act as a technical anchor for complex implementations

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, BCA in Any Specialization, B.Sc. in Any Specialization
• 6–10 years of experience in full stack development
• Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI/Django)
• Advanced experience with React or Svelte
• Strong knowledge of system design and scalable architecture
• Hands-on experience with GCP and/or Azure
• AI Expertise: Hands-on experience in building AI-enabled applications using LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP, prompt engineering, and AI integrations into business applications
• Familiarity with MCP / Agent-based development frameworks
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/Cloud Run, CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Harness, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Understanding of data pipelines or analytics systems
• Experience in enterprise-scale application development
