**Responsibilities** **Experience : 2\-3 Years min** **CTC : 3\.5\-4\.5lpa (Negotiable according to experience \& skills)** **Location : Hauz khas** **Working days : 5\.5 Days(2nd \& 4th sat off \& Sun fix off)** **Creative Development**  Write and develop audio/visual scripts for explainer videos, motion graphics, AI\-generated 2D/3D content, e\-learning modules, corporate films, and advertisements  Visualize concepts that go beyond the brief—delivering what the campaign needs, not just what was asked for  Create storyboards, production designs, and pitch decks aligned with project objectives  Research and synthesize client materials into compelling narratives tailored to tone, style, and audience **Production Leadership**  Attend and lead client briefings; translate messaging requirements into actionable production plans  Direct video shoots according to approved scripts and production designs  Oversee pre\-production and post\-production teams to ensure quality output within timelines  Evaluate projects, prepare cost sheets, and deliver within approved budgets **Team \& Project Management**  Brief production teams clearly and ensure alignment on creative direction  Track project milestones, identify risks early, and resolve issues proactively  Handle client escalations with professionalism and solution\-oriented thinking  Motivate and problem\-solve for your team; scale team composition based on project demands  Collaborate with project managers, operations, and cross\-functional talent across time zones **Localization \& Quality Control**  Oversee localization workflows for multilingual content delivery  Conduct final QC reviews before client delivery **Client Engagement**  Pitch concepts directly to clients and shape their vision into production\-ready plans  Travel locally and nationally for client meetings and shoots as required **Requirements Must\-Have**  2\-3 years of professional experience in a video production house or agency (freelancing alone does not qualify)  Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills—you'll be drafting scripts and presenting to clients  Deep understanding of video production workflows, including crew roles, equipment, and post\-production processes  Proven track record creating corporate films, animations, and branded content  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines  Experience preparing budgets, cost sheets, and project timelines **Preferred**  Master's degree in English, Creative Writing, Film, or a related field  Storyboarding and sketching ability  Hands\-on illustration or drawing skills  Experience with motion graphics or AI\-assisted content creation tools  Familiarity with localization best practices for video content **Educational qualification: Masters in English or creative writing and direction.** **Seniority Level : Video production team leader** **Industry :Media Production house** **Experience : Minimum 2\-3 years on the Job experience ( freelancing experience wouldn’t count)** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹450,000\.00 per month Experience: * Video production: 2 years (Preferred) * MEDIA PRODUCTION: 3 years (Preferred) * Creative writing: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
