**Business Analyst \| Bangalore** **About Solera** At Solera, we are constantly improving our products to deliver added value to our customers. We are in the business of vehicle lifecycle management and offer multiple solutions to companies in automotive markets around the world. In the Netherlands, one of those products is Audascan 360, a nimble, reliable and accurate data service that provides advanced vehicle information to insurers and underwriters and supports them in calculating competitive car insurance premiums. This service also has branches in Belgium and France. Another service Solera provides to its Dutch customers is RDW Services, which enables insurers and underwriters to look up or make changes to vehicle related information in registries that the Dutch Department of Road Transport is keeping. To make sure both products stay ahead of the curve, Solera is currently looking for a Business Analyst that can join the product development team. **The Role** The craft of business analysis and the challenges that are part of it are part of your daily routine. Whether this means systematically testing new features relentlessly or making sure those same features are translated to elaborated stories that end up on the backlog as detailed as possible, you always know how to face the challenges that come with this responsibility. The same goes for offering 2nd line support, in case this is needed. **What you do** * Gain in\-depth level of understanding of the current ISA Webservices platform, including the RDW Services and Audascan 360 products that make use of its architecture. * Elaborate on epics and user stories in dialogue with the product owner and see to it that they end up all refined and prioritized on the backlog. * Help build (automated) performance testing, including acceptance testing by customer(s) group(s) and providing testing evidence for ISAE3402 audits. * Write up detailed product documentation such as user guides and release notes, all based upon the documentation that developers deliver along with the stories they complete. * Implement globally approved protocols and procedures relevant to product development. * Make sure every production release is meeting the Change Advisory Board’s standards. * Be the day\-to\-day contact for the development team and support them in telling and jotting stories \& refining them or discussing sprint progress during daily SCRUM\-meetings. **What you bring to the table** * 8 \- 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst with B2B web services * Knowledge of Dutch, Belgian and/or French insurance market is a big plus * An eye for scrutinizing detail and a love for sticking to the plans that we make as a team * An inquisitive mindset while being perfectly able to form an informed opinion about matters at hand, which you can defend accordingly in case you are challenged to them by one of your colleagues. * Excellent English language skills are essential; proficiency in Dutch, French, and German would be a valuable asset. * Problem\-solving abilities, analytical nature and top\-notch conceptual skills * Excellent communication and team skills that make your colleagues want to contact you and hear what you think of the challenges that they try to overcome. * Basic knowledge of the Agile/Scrum development approach is helpful.
