Role Objective

To lead and manage the company’s strategic marketing, brand development, and corporate communications initiatives while supporting business growth through lead generation, market intelligence, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Business Development

  • Drive overall strategy and marketing development activities for the organization.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with long-term growth plans.
  • Build data-driven and scenario-based models to assess business impact and strategic initiatives.
  • Support branches with analytical insights and strategic inputs.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

2. Sales Support & Lead Management

  • Handle enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into business.
  • Share sales materials, presentations, and proposals with prospective clients.
  • Generate business through project report magazines and outreach campaigns.

3. Marketing & Brand Development

  • Develop, design, and maintain:
  • Company Profile
  • Brochures & Marketing Literature
  • Sales Kits
  • Corporate Presentations
  • Website Content
  • Execute branding, advertising, and PR activities.
  • Enhance brand visibility and awareness in the market.

4. Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Manage:
  • SEO / SMM / SMO strategies
  • Website updates and performance tracking
  • Google Analytics and campaign insights
  • Email marketing, newsletters, and product campaigns
  • Execute online PR and social media initiatives.

5. Corporate Communication & PR

  • Handle media relations, including press releases and press conferences.
  • Ensure effective internal and external communication strategies.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships.

6. Event Management

  • Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, FM meets, and industry engagements.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of events, from planning to execution and reporting.

7. Database & Coordination

  • Develop and maintain robust client and market databases.
  • Coordinate with branches for:
  • Sales kits
  • Visiting cards
  • Catalogs and stationery
  • Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.

8. Training & Development

  • Conduct sessions on:
  • Professional etiquette
  • Behavioral skills
  • Process improvements

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
