India Finance Group Functions **Job Reference \#** 334771BR **City** Pune **Job Type** Full Time **Your role** * compile and analyze financial information for FX products, analyze daily P\&L and Balance sheet controls and work closely with the team on issues, escalate them where needed and be responsible for daily P\&L and Balance sheet production * Excellent knowledge of Financial products, their associated risk \& Attribution and Accounting of financial products * reconcile trade capture system feeds to the general ledger and manage journal entries * prepare financial statements and other financial reports for the business and external auditors * Working Knowledge of Tools Like Python, VBA, Power BI ,AI etc. * collaborate on continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and effectiveness of controls * comply with requests from internal and external auditors, Internal testing teams * Innovate through agile working and automation * Month end close of P\&L and balance sheet, trial balance substantiation **Your team** You’ll be working in the FX team in Pune . We work closely with teams in Zurich and FX traders based across the globe providing them with Management P\&L.As a financial controller, you’ll play an important role in making available this vital information to trading desks. The Zurich Product control team is a diverse set of enthusiastic people who take their work seriously but also love having fun with virtual games and team bonding activities. **Your expertise** * Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance \& accounting or related field * ideally previous experience in a similar role focusing on product control, financial reporting and reconciliation * demonstrated knowledge of Financial controls * know\-how to develop a robust set of controls to the financials (cost and revenue) of a global business * analytical and methodical, with great attention to detail * excellent communicator who can adapt style to audience * Being able to work with Teams and help maintain a healthy work environment **About us** UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
