### **General Information** **Primary Location** Hyderabad, Telangana Country India Working Schedule Full\-Time Work Arrangement Hybrid Relocation Assistance Available No Posted Date 16\-Apr\-2026 Job ID 16818 ### **Description and Requirements** We are seeking an experienced **Oracle HCM Techno‑Functional Consultant** with strong hands‑on expertise across **Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning modules**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, technical development, troubleshooting, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements. * **Key Responsibilities** o **Functional Responsibilities** § Lead end‑to‑end solution design, configuration, and support for **Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent, and Learning** modules. § Conduct requirement gathering workshops, document BRDs, MD50s, configuration workbooks, and solution design documents. § Configure HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Profiles, Performance Management, Goals, Learning Records, Learning Assignments, Learning Programs, etc. § Perform functional testing (SIT, UAT) and coordinate defect resolution across business and technical teams. § Work closely with HR and Talent stakeholders to align Oracle HCM solutions with business processes and compliance requirements. § Provide production support, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvements for HCM Cloud modules. o **Technical Responsibilities** § Develop and maintain technical components including: * HCM Extracts * BIP/OTBI Reports * Fast Formulas * HDL / HSDL data loads § Analyze issues, debug technical defects, and provide robust solutions within Oracle Cloud standards. § Support data migration activities, data validation, and system reconciliation. § Collaborate with developers, architects, and business SMEs for technical design and delivery. * **Education** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. * **Experience** 2 – 4 Years * **Technical Skill** Strong hands\-on expertise across Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning modules (functional \+ technical) **About MetLife** Recognized on Fortune magazine's list of the "World's Most Admired Companies" and Fortune World’s 25 Best Workplaces™, MetLife, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, is one of the world’s leading financial services companies; providing insurance, annuities, employee benefits and asset management to individual and institutional customers.
