Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Assistant Manager – HR Operations to manage core HR functions while driving automation and AI-led efficiency across HR processes. This role requires strong operational expertise combined with a forward-thinking mindset to improve productivity, accuracy, and employee experience through technology.### Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
  • Maintain HR data integrity and generate actionable reports
  • HRMS & Payroll management

2. Performance Management (PMT)

  • Own and execute the performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, appraisals)
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure effective PMS implementation
  • Analyze performance data and derive insights for decision-making

3. Rewards & Recognition (R&R)

  • Design and implement R&R programs to drive a high-performance culture
  • Ensure timely and meaningful recognition across teams
  • Measure effectiveness and continuously improve programs

4. Employee Engagement

  • Drive engagement calendar including events, surveys, and initiatives
  • Build programs to enhance employee experience and retention
  • Analyze feedback and implement data-driven engagement strategies

5. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Identify skill gaps and training needs in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Execute learning programs (behavioral, functional, leadership)
  • Track effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives

6. AI & Automation (HR Transformation)

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes (e.g., reporting, data extraction, employee queries)
  • Lead implementation of AI/automation tools (e.g., chatbots, workflow automation, analytics tools)
  • Partner with internal teams to build scalable HR tech solutions
  • Drive adoption of tools to improve team productivity and reduce turnaround time
  • Monitor and optimize automation impact (efficiency, accuracy, cost-saving)

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience across HR Operations and relevant functions
  • Experience in automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow tools, HRMS systems) is a strong advantage
