Sales & Marketing Manager – Fertilizers & Refinery
Job Description
About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing professional with strong experience in the fertilizers and refinery sectors. You’ll drive market expansion, manage key accounts, and build brand presence across target regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for fertilizer and refinery products
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and channel partners
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure high retention & satisfaction
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report pipeline status
- Coordinate with technical, supply chain, and operations teams for smooth order execution
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of proven experience in sales & marketing in fertilizers/refinery/chemicals industry
- Strong network with dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate – full-time in-house role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
