• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and access control mechanisms within Workday environments.
• Experience in configuring and managing user roles, permissions, and security groups.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration of security features in custom software development projects.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
