Job Description – GTM & Revenue Operations Analyst (Truckrr)
Role Purpose
To drive go-to-market execution, revenue tracking, and operational efficiency across Truckrr’s products (HERO, ONE, LOADS) by working closely with sales, customer success, product, and finance teams. This role acts as the bridge between strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy Execution Support ∙
Work with founder and team to execute GTM plans across:
- TRUCKRR HERO (Drivers)
- TRUCKRR ONE (Truck Owners)
- TRUCKRR LOADS (Shippers)
- ∙Track launch of new features, campaigns, and initiatives
- ∙Ensure alignment between product, sales, and operations
Revenue Operations (Core Role)
Track complete revenue funnel:
- Leads → Demo → Activation → Subscription → Retention
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance
- Identify bottlenecks in conversion funnel
Data Analysis & Insights ∙
- Analyze Customer behavior (drivers, owners, shippers) Conversion rates
- ∙Provide actionable insights:
- “Where are we losing users?” “What is working / not working?”
Dashboard & Reporting ∙Build and maintain:
- KPI dashboards oSales performance reports
- Customer success metrics
- Present insights in simple, business-friendly format
Cross-Functional Coordination ∙Work closely with:
- Inside Sales & Customer Success
- Field Sales Team oProduct Team
- Finance Analyst
- Ensure data flow and alignment across teams
Experimentation & Optimization
Suggest and track experiments:
- Pricing changes oIncentive structures
- GTM campaigns ∙
- Measure results and recommend improvements
Process Improvement ∙Standardize:
- Lead tracking
- Follow-up systems
- Reporting formats
- Improve operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate Profile Experience
- 2–5 years experience in: GTM / Revenue Ops / Business Analytics / Strategy roles
- Startup or SaaS / marketplace environment preferred
Skills Required
- Strong analytical thinking
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic SQL (good to have)
- Understanding of sales funnels & metrics
- Ability to connect data with business decisions
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
Tools (Good to Have)
- Google Sheets / Excel
- CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Data visualization (Power BI / Tableau – optional)
