Frontend-Focused MERN Intern (UI + AI-Assisted Development)

Role: Frontend-Focused MERN Intern (UI + AI-Assisted Development)
We are hiring an intern who can build modern, clean UI and develop web applications using the MERN stack, while effectively using AI tools to speed up development and improve design quality.
Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, high-quality UI using React.js
• Convert ideas / rough designs into polished, production-ready interfaces
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Stitch, etc.) to accelerate UI and development
• Develop backend APIs using Node.js + Express
• Work with MongoDB for data storage
• Create reusable components and maintain clean project structure
• Collaborate on improving UX, performance, and scalability

Requirements

• Strong skills in React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles (spacing, layout, responsiveness)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Node.js, Express, MongoDB
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in development workflow (very important)
• Ability to build UI quickly and independently
• Good problem-solving mindset

Good to Have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS / component libraries (ShadCN, Material UI, etc.)
• Experience building dashboards or admin panels
• Basic understanding of API design and system structure
• Experience using Figma or design tools
