We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager & Owner to lead the Payments Innovation Roadmap , owning both product strategy and end‑to‑end execution . This role is responsible for shaping the future of payments by staying ahead of market innovation and emerging technologies , identifying and driving new growth opportunities , and delivering differentiated capabilities across Payment UI transformation, chatbot and conversational AI technologies, and stablecoin / digital currency deployments .
This leader will oversee the planning and execution of critical innovation rollouts , partnering closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and customer‑centric payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy, Vision & Market Innovation
- Define and own the Payments Innovation product vision and multi‑year roadmap , aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities
- Stay at the forefront of innovation in the payments and fintech landscape , including real‑time payments, embedded finance, AI‑driven experiences, blockchain, stablecoins, and emerging digital assets
- Continuously research market trends, competitor offerings, fintech disruptors, and evolving customer expectations to inform product strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and size new growth opportunities , including new features, platforms, partnerships, and monetization models
- Translate market insights and research into actionable product concepts, business cases, and prioritized roadmap initiatives
- Act as a thought leader and internal evangelist for payments innovation and technology advancement
Product Ownership & Delivery Execution
- Serve as the Product Owner for payments innovation initiatives, owning the backlog from ideation through delivery
- Define and prioritize epics, features, and user stories that align to strategic objectives and deliver measurable customer and business value
- Lead quarterly planning, PI planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release execution
- Oversee the planning and execution of critical innovation rollouts across multiple products and platforms
- Balance scope, timeline, risk, and value to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery of innovation initiatives
- Example Innovation Areas but not limited:
- Payment UI / UX Transformation: Drive modernization of payment experiences to improve usability, adoption, and scalability
- Stablecoin & Digital Currency Deployments: Lead exploration, pilots, and rollouts of stablecoin‑based and digital payment solutions, ensuring regulatory and operational readiness
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as the single point of accountability across business, technology, design, and operations
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions
- Collaborate with UX, Data, and AI teams to create human‑centered, insight‑driven experiences
- Engage Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to support emerging payment technologies and digital assets
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to senior leaders and executives
- Present data‑driven insights and business cases to inform investment decisions and drive alignment
<>· Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles , preferably in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services
- Proven experience owning both product strategy and delivery execution in complex, regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of digital payments ecosystems, UI/UX transformation, conversational AI, and emerging payment technologies
- Hands‑on experience working with Agile / Scrum teams as a Product Owner
- Demonstrated success delivering large‑scale, cross‑platform innovation initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading payment modernization or innovation programs
- Exposure to stablecoin pilots, digital wallets, blockchain, or digital asset platforms
- Background working with AI‑driven customer engagement or automation technologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
