Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Focus)

We operate in the Canadian tourism and luxury transportation industry through the brands TourBeez, Limo Royal, GTA Coach & Niagara Falls Tour. We provide reliable, well-coordinated travel and transportation services to individuals, corporate clients, and groups.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Architect (12+ years) who is frontend-first, while being equally strong in backend systems.

This role requires deep expertise in React, Next.js, and React Native, along with strong hands-on experience in Laravel and scalable backend architecture.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end system architecture and technical decision-making
• Lead and drive frontend architecture across web and mobile platforms (React / Next.js / React Native)
• Design and build scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications
• Optimize frontend performance (re-renders, bundle size, rendering strategies, etc.)
• Define and implement SEO strategies (SSR, Core Web Vitals, structured data)
• Architect and develop robust backend systems using Laravel
• Design scalable APIs, data flows, and system integrations
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend and backend
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and code review processes
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and decision-making
• Mentor and guide developers across frontend and backend teams
• Handle critical production issues and system-level debugging
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Drive Agile delivery processes and ensure timely execution

What We're Looking For:

• 12+ years of experience in software development (frontend + backend)
• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js (SSR, SSG, performance & SEO), and React Native (mobile architecture & optimization)
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel (scalable backend systems, API design, optimization)
• Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Experience with component-driven frontend development
• Proficiency in state management (Redux, Context, or modern alternatives)
• Ability to optimize performance across frontend and backend
• Knowledge of API design, caching strategies, and concurrency handling
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive design, and cross-platform compatibility
• Deep understanding of SSR, static generation, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices
• Experience with meta tags, Open Graph, structured data, and frontend performance profiling
• Proven experience in building and scaling large applications
• Ability to lead and independently own technical systems
• Willingness to work alternate Saturdays and a 1 PM – 10 PM IST shift

Good to Have:

• Experience with Node.js / MERN stack
• Experience with AWS (scaling, infra design, cloud architecture)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with WordPress or CMS-based systems
