As part of the Global IS Digital Solutions Practice, the WebApp Back End Developer is responsible to develop and maintain modern web applications with high performance, security, and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Main activities: Technical Implementation

• Develop and maintain modern back end of web applications.

Testing and Debugging

• Perform Unit and Integration testing and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in peer review sessions and incorporate feedback from team members.

Continuous Learning

• Continuously enhance skills in web front end development.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with business teams to ensure solution consistency.
• Participate in project meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions

Required profile and experience:

• University degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or equivalent
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Back End development
• Fluent in English Language
• Hands-on development with Python (Fast API/Flask) or Node.js (Express)
• Ability to integrate with Azure services (Azure Functions, App Service, AI Foundry Services)
• Familiarity with requirements gathering, testing, and documentation processes
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Support deployment processes via CI/CD pipelines.
• Agentic AI Integration knowledge
• Ability to build scalable API endpoints and handle data processing workflows
• Implement secure API communication and error handling
• Nice-to-Have:
  • Agent integration (chatbots/AI agents) with custom chat window styling
  • Copilot Studio Exposure
