Technology Lead
Job Description
The Role (Why this is not “just” videography)
We’re looking for a creator-producer: someone who can ideate, shoot, and edit end-to-end — and obsess over making technical things feel simple, fun, premium, and human. You’ll work closely with the Creative & Content Head, Marketing Head, and the Founder, and you’ll have insane ownership + creative freedom. If you love building formats, experimenting with styles, and shipping consistently — you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll create
We’re going video-heavy across formats like: ● Fun, simple product explainers (turning “technical” into “obvious”) ● Brand films / brand stories (cinematic, emotional, premium) ● Reels/Shorts (highly engaging, culturally-relevant, high retention) ● Podcast IP (big vision) — multi-camera shoots, set vibe, engaging, episodic , adapted across format, cut-downs, trailers ● On-ground stories: installations, customer homes, experience centers, BTS, founder-led narratives ● Performance creatives that feels like IndiFrame (not stock-ad content)
Responsibilities (Ownership, end-to-end)
Pre-production & Ideation
● Come up with kickass video concepts and shot ideas (weekly cadence) ● Collaborate on scripts, storyboards, hooks, and structure ● Plan shoots: locations, props, shot lists, schedules, basic budgets
Production
● Shoot high-quality content (mobile + camera setups both welcome) ● Handle lighting/audio basics, framing, composition, movement ● Direct talent (founder/team/customers) to get natural, confident takes
Post-production
● Edit long-form + short-form (Reels/Shorts/YouTube) ● Build an identifiable IndiFrame editing language: pacing, transitions, text style, sound design ● Add motion graphics when needed (simple, premium, not loud-for-the-sake-of-loud) ● Maintain fast turnaround, clean file management, versioning, and exports
Podcast IP (Front-row seat)
● Help build the “look and feel” of the podcast
● Shoot episodes, cut multi-cam, master audio flow
● Create a distribution engine: highlights, teasers, trailers, shorts
What we’re looking for
● 1–4 years of experience as a videographer/editor (agency, brand, studio, creator — all fine)
● Strong portfolio that shows shoot + edit and range (not just one style)
● Great taste: you know what looks premium vs what looks amateur
● Ability to simplify complex ideas visually (the category is jargon-heavy — you make it human)
● Fast, consistent execution — you don’t wait for “perfect conditions” to ship great work
● Comfortable being an owner
Tools & Skills (must-have / good-to-have)
Must-have
● Editing: Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
● Basic color correction + sound cleanup workflow
● Understanding of what works on IG Reels / YouTube Shorts / YouTube/LinkedIn
Good-to-have
● After Effects / Motion graphics basics
● Familiarity with AI-enabled tools: Veo 3, Runway, Descript, Firefly, Kling, etc.
● Frame.io or similar review workflows
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
