Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Data Analyst (Staff) to support data operations across implementation projects and internal analytical initiatives at Blackbaud. The ideal candidate is professional, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment. This role will support implementation teams and internal stakeholders by ensuring efficient data operations, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high\-quality outcomes for client projects. Key Responsibilities * Prioritize and manage tasks from an intake queue to ensure timely execution of implementation cycles. * Perform data imports, synchronization, and troubleshooting within Blackbaud software using SQL queries and Python scripts. * Execute projects based on client requests within Blackbaud software and run associated system processes. * Maintain accurate tracking of pending deliverables and escalate risks or blockers as necessary. * Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, operational processes, and overall customer satisfaction. * Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in delivering projects and meeting deadlines. Experience Required * 3–4 years of total professional experience in data analytics, data operations, or SaaS implementation support. Technical Skills * SQL: Ability to work with SQL queries for data extraction, validation, troubleshooting, and data manipulation. * Python: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python scripting for data processing, automation, and operational tasks. * Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure functionalities related to data integration or processing. * CRM / Project Platforms: Experience with Salesforce and the Certinia project management platform is an added advantage. * AI / Automation: Certification or exposure to AI or Generative AI tools to drive process improvement and automation initiatives. Core Competencies * Ability to manage dynamic priorities and short turnaround times in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills. * Professional demeanor when interacting with US clients and internal stakeholders. * High attention to data accuracy and operational detail.
