Job Title: Sr BDE – Enterprise SaaS (Procurement Solutions)

Location: Mumbai (We want someone who is based in Mumbai ONLY)

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder, highly curious, and eager to leverage Gen AI tools to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1) Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and outbound outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Leverage digital tools and Gen AI for intelligent prospecting

2) Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (CPOs, Procurement Heads, CIOs, CFOs, etc.)
  • Understand client pain points and align MavenVista solutions accordingly
  • Position MavenVista as a strategic partner

3) Solution Selling & Demonstrations

  • Work closely with pre-sales to deliver impactful demos and presentations
  • Clearly articulate value propositions tailored to client needs

4) Deal Management & Closure

  • Own the entire sales cycle from first interaction to closure
  • Manage commercials, negotiations, and contract finalization

5) Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Product teams
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate forecasts

KPIs & Target Structure

1) Revenue Targets

  • Quarterly and annual revenue targets aligned with company growth plans
  • Focus on new client acquisition (primary KPI)

2) Pipeline Management

  • Maintain 3–5X pipeline coverage of assigned quota
  • Minimum number of qualified opportunities created per month

3) CRM & Forecasting

  • Accuracy of sales forecasts
  • Timely and consistent CRM updates

4) Learning & Innovation

  • Adoption and effective use of Gen AI tools in sales process
  • Continuous learning in procurement and SaaS domain

Experience Required

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience in selling to mid-to-large enterprises
  • Procurement domain knowledge is a strong plus

Pay: ₹83,333.00 - ₹108,333.00 per month
