You'll champion AI\-powered workflows, drive innovation through R\&D, and contribute to the broader growth of the studio **What You'll Do** * Architect and deliver full\-stack solutions — SaaS platforms, marketplaces, web apps, and mobile applications — end\-to\-end * Lead small\-to\-medium engineering teams (3–6 people), driving code quality, delivery cadence, and technical growth * Collaborate directly with global customers via video calls, presentations, and written communication — building trust and alignment * Translate complex business problems into clean, scalable technical solutions and system designs * Embed AI tools across the software development lifecycle — from code generation to testing, documentation, and deployment * Design and build AI\-powered product features using LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic AI patterns, and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph * Oversee payment gateway integrations, pricing plan architectures, and subscription billing across client products * Champion cybersecurity best practices — ensure products are hardened against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, enforce secure authentication, and maintain data protection standards * Maintain a keen eye for code quality, performance, and security across all deliverables * Conduct internal training sessions — upskilling teams on new technologies, AI tooling, and best practices * Contribute to marketing and thought\-leadership initiatives — writing technical content, demos, and case studies * Research and evaluate emerging technologies, proposing initiatives that improve delivery or open new opportunities **What We're Looking For** * 6\+ years of full\-stack development experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products * Proven experience leading teams of 3–6 engineers and delivering projects end\-to\-end in a startup or fast\-paced environment * Expert\-level skills in modern web and mobile stacks — React, Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React Native or Flutter, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) * Strong understanding of database design, API architecture, and SaaS/marketplace platform patterns • Demonstrated ability to design and architect scalable, production\-grade systems • Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable on client calls, whiteboarding sessions, and stakeholder demos * Track record of delivering to global (Western) customers with high quality and reliability * Self\-starter with an R\&D mindset — proactively researches solutions, proposes ideas, and drives innovation * Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic AI concepts — including RAG, context and memory management, prompt engineering, and pricing models for AI services * Experience integrating payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, or similar) and designing pricing/subscription architectures * Strong cybersecurity awareness — secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment, OWASP Top 10, and data protection compliance * Hands\-on experience using AI in development workflows — code assistants, automated testing, AI\-powered tooling * Sociable, fun team player who thrives under pressure and brings energy to the group **Skills** ---------- Full\-Stack Development Expertise RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering AWS/GCP/Azure, deployment pipelines, CI/CD React, Python, Node.js, TypeScript, Mobile – React Native Cybersecurity \& Secure Coding Practices AI\-Driven Development Workflow Usage System Architecture \& Scalability Design We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
