Professional Requirements
● 10+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in professional web development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
● Framework Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in modern frameworks (specifically React, though Vue or Angular experience is valued) and their ecosystems.
● Complex Systems: Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering, and scaling large-scale, complex frontend applications.
● Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of cross-browser/cross-platform development, including responsive design, graceful degradation, and progressive enhancement.
● Production Reliability: Practical experience maintaining software in high-traffic production environments. You should have a solid grasp of scalability, security, and reliability.
● Incident Response: Experience navigating and resolving production incidents under pressure to ensure minimal user impact.
