Job TitleContent & Social Media Intern Duration 3–6 months Location Mumbai | In-office About the Role We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Intern to support our content engine across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, creative, willing to learn and is interested in finance and investment products, and wants to build a long-term career in this space. This is not a physical or consumer product - you won’t be shooting products or lifestyle reels. The work is focused on ideas, narratives, hooks, clarity, and distribution, especially for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and learn how investment brands are built through content, credibility, and consistency.

What You’ll Work On Content Writing & Ideation* + Support in writing: + LinkedIn posts + Short-form captions + Blogs and newsletters (research + drafts) + Generate multiple content ideas regularly, including: + Hooks + Angles + Formats (carousels, short videos, explainers, threads, repost edits) + Help convert market updates, ideas, and internal notes into clear, well-structured content drafts

Social Media Support & Distribution* + Support day-to-day posting and distribution across LinkedIn and Instagram + Repurpose one content idea into multiple formats for different platforms + Track basic performance (reach, engagement) and identify patterns + Help resurface and reuse high-performing content

On-Camera & Video Support* + Comfortable facing the camera when required + Shoot simple, quick videos using a phone (market takes, explainers, repost-style content) + Assist in recording short-form videos for social platforms + Willing to experiment with different camera styles, formats, and delivery

Research & Learning* + Research market trends, creator formats, and finance-focused content + Track what founders, finance creators, and investment brands are doing on social media + Proactively suggest new ideas, formats, and experiments

AI & Tools (Strong Plus)* + Comfortable using AI tools to assist with content work: + Gemini / Claude for ideation and first drafts + Familiar with or eager to learn basic design and editing tools: + Canva + CapCut / InShot + Ability to improve AI-generated drafts with original thought, clarity, and brand tone

What We’re Looking For* + Strong interest in finance, markets, investing, or fintech + Clear intent to build a career in finance or investment products + Good writing skills and ability to simplify complex ideas + Comfortable experimenting, learning fast, and iterating/learning AI tools + Open to feedback and multiple revisions + Prior experience (college projects, writing samples, creator pages, internships) is a plus

Important Context* + This is an investment product + There is no physical product to shoot or showcase + The role is focused on thought leadership and clarity, not lifestyle or influencer content
