Senior Qlik Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Qlik Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions using Qlik Sense within a multi-tenant energy and sustainability platform. This role operates as a key contributor within the BI Center of Excellence (COE), delivering high-quality analytics solutions across global teams and client environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications tailored to custom client requirements
• Act as a core member of the BI Center of Excellence (COE), adhering to established standards, architecture, and best practices
• Independently execute development tasks for highly engaged clients while collaborating with the central BI COE
• Partner with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
• Apply strong analytical thinking to evaluate requirements, challenge assumptions, and recommend sustainable solutions
• Ensure a balance between client responsiveness and long-term platform stability and maintainability
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Contribute to project planning, delivery, and prioritization in a dynamic, client-driven environment
• Align deliverables with COE priorities while maintaining strong organizational and project management practices

Key Skill

• 5+ years of experience in Qlik Sense development
• Strong expertise in data modeling, scripting, and dashboard development in Qlik
• Experience working within a BI Center of Excellence (COE) or similar structured environment
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across time zones
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in client-facing roles and requirement gathering
