Brand Manager / National Sales Manager – Distribution

Location: Mumbai

Brand: Retail Luxury Brand

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead brand growth and nationwide distribution strategy. This role combines brand management with sales leadership, ensuring strong market presence, efficient channel expansion, and revenue growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management

  • Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Drive brand positioning, visibility, and consumer engagement initiatives
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches

2. National Sales & Distribution

  • Lead and manage national sales operations and distribution network
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
  • Expand and optimize distributor, dealer, and retail network across regions
  • Ensure effective coverage, reach, and availability of products

3. Channel & Partner Management

  • Identify, on board, and manage distributors and key channel partners
  • Build strong relationships to ensure alignment and performance
  • Negotiate trade terms, margins, and commercial agreements

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability
  • Conduct regular training and capability-building initiatives

5. Business Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans
  • Track KPIs such as sales growth, market share, and distribution reach
  • Analyse data to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Report performance to senior leadership

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Proven experience in handling national or multi-regional distribution networks
  • Strong understanding of retail distribution (preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding market reach
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
