About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce DevOps SRE to manage and optimize Salesforce environments, ensuring high reliability, performance, and seamless deployments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce, CI/CD pipelines, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
• Handle Salesforce environments and release management processes
• Monitor system performance and improve reliability and availability
• Implement alerting, logging, and incident management practices
• Collaborate with development and platform teams to enhance system stability
• Apply SRE best practices to ensure production readiness

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
• Experience in Salesforce environment management and deployments
• Understanding of monitoring, alerting, and incident management
• Familiarity with DevOps and SRE principles

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Administrator
• Platform Developer I & II
• JavaScript Developer I

Additional Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
