Java Backend / Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Java Backend / Full Stack Developer (Banking Domain)Location: Bangalore (5 Days Work From Office)Experience: 4 – 12 YearsJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend / Full Stack Developer with a strong background in the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and Angular, along with hands-on experience in building secure, scalable financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs
• Develop intuitive and responsive front-end applications using Angular
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders in the banking domain
• Implement best practices for security, compliance, and data protection in financial applications
• Integrate with third-party banking systems, payment gateways, and financial services
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Solid experience in REST API design and development
• Strong knowledge of Angular (preferably Angular 8+)
• Good experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git

Domain Expertise (Mandatory):

• Prior experience working in the Banking / Financial Services domain
• Understanding of banking processes such as payments, lending, accounts, or transactions
• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and data security standards is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
