ID123 is seeking a Junior Pre-Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for innovation and technology who can wear many hats to support the sales and growth efforts of the company. As a Junior Pre-Sales Representative, you will be responsible for lead generation, CRM management, and assisting with basic customer support. You will work with current clients via email, live chat, and phone to ensure their success with our product. You will use your intuition and attention to detail to provide feedback from customers to our product teams to enhance the usability and accessibility of our platform. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the SAS industry and grow into a future Sales or SDR role.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Research and generate leads (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles).
  • Prepare and submit daily lead lists for the Sales Team.
  • Support the sales team with prospect research and outreach preparation.
  • Update and maintain records in the CRM.
  • Assist with basic customer queries and support requests.
  • Relay new client feature requests and issues to developers.
  • Help manage and update knowledge base articles and documentation.
  • Provide assistance to the Team Lead as required.

Skills / Experience

Required:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or sales support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen awareness of context and surroundings.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient with modern digital tools and technologies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and online research tools.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of CRM systems (Hubspot).
  • Understanding of end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Understanding & ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT & Google Gemini).

Salary (CTC): As per industry standard
