Overview Join Orangescrum, the flagship product of Andolasoft, as a Mid-Level Product Manager. In this role, you will drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact SaaS solutions. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable products, ensuring continuous innovation and an exceptional user experience.Key Responsibilities* Define and execute the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Leverage market research, user insights, and feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate ideas into clear product requirements and partner closely with engineering for timely delivery.
• Track product performance and continuously optimize features using data-driven insights.
• Communicate product strategies, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
• Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Requirements* 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role.

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Linear.

Nice to Have* Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and collaboration with design teams.
• Hands-on experience with user testing, experimentation, and A/B testing.
