Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
End to end program management encompassing – program planning, day to day delivery management, resource management, risk and issue management, getting acceptance and approval by clients for program deliverables
Deliver program scope successfully with high quality, within approved timelines and budget
Support program estimation process with key contributors to help define scope and prepare statements of work, including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs
Manage all day-to-day administrative activities of a given program from inception to closure such as reviewing timesheets, analyze plan versus actual figures
Accurate submission of forecasts, resource utilization, and achievement of planned program profitability
Comply with organization requirements on quality, metrics submission, automation in program delivery, etc
Client Management : Establish structured program governance with client, maintain regular communication with both the customer including weekly and monthly reports, and constantly manage customer expectations (also in critical situations or throughout escalations).
Internal Stakeholder Management : Manage relationship with internal stakeholders, provide status reporting, and other program related information as per agreed cadence
Identify relevant delivery best practices and imbibe the same in programs
Drive adoption of AI and other productivity tools in the program and achieve productivity gains, faster delivery and improved quality.
Manage program team, provide necessary guidance ensuring tasks are completed and outcomes are achieved as per program plan.
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new solutions
Compile customer requests and deployment issues, to provide a feedback channel into our core products.
Work with third-party subcontractors and technology partners as required
Act as the central point of contact throughout the life of the program, capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem, feeding lessons learned, best practices and resources back into the consulting practice
Manage weekly resource planning and financial forecast updates
Proactively research customer needs and exercise appropriate creativity in recommending new solutions, based on Adobe’s DX platform to fulfill those needs.
Support sales activities – eg: identifying new leads and opportunities, deal /solution reviews, preparing proposal,
Drive value definition and value realization through the program lifecycle
Participate and lead initiatives beyond program delivery
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proven track record in program management and delivery of digital transformation programs using enterprise applications.
Experience of delivering customer experience transformation programs using Adobe solutions (Adobe Experience Cloud products)
Experience in Agile Scrum based delivery of engagements, Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI Certification will be a plus.
High attention to detail, thoroughness, Innovative thinker
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
Strong conflict resolution skills, superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated programs.
Professional demeanor, ability to interact with and lead diverse teams throughout Adobe and communicate with client program managers, directors, and CXOs
Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience managing virtual (including near- and off-shore) teams in an international environment
Proven technical ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems
Able to retain composure in stressful program situations and ability motivate other program team members in such situations
Solid Understanding of custom software development processes
Solid understanding of one or more of the following: Web Content management solutions and processes, Online Analytics solutions, Digital Marketing Campaign solutions, Data Management platforms
Undertake travel as per program requirement.
Experience with creating proposals and presenting offers in response to RFPs and/or RFIs
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Usage of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI in program management activities
