Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Lead with 8 years of strong Test Automation tools like Selenium and banking domain expertise. This role will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring clear requirements, high-quality delivery, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

. Drive end-to-end test strategy, covering both manual and automation aligned to business goals

. Lead test planning and execution with clear status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment

. Mentor and upskill team on API testing, Selenium frameworks, and best practices

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality across the delivery lifecycle

. Define and optimize testing approaches, tools, and frameworks using data-driven insights

. Own test governance, including strategy, planning, and reporting artifacts

. Lead defect triage and root cause analysis to enable faster resolution and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

. 8 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in Agile environments

. Strong hands-on experience in Selenium-based test automation (6+ years)

. Hands-on experience in both GUI and API testing with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git, or SVN

. Experience in developing and executing automated regression tests for web and backend applications

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive innovation

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

. Strong SQL skills with experience in writing and validating queries

. Experience with Karate framework (good to have)

. Exposure to in-sprint automation
