As a part of the team, you will deliver technology stack, using strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions. You'll be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders. To be successful as a Process automation Engineer, you should have experience with: * Design, develop, and maintain large\-scale applications using UiPath and Python * Ensure seamless integration with various stakeholders' systems (business, tech, and product). * Designing automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA and Machine Learning design principles * Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre\-UAT phases * Supporting the Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases * Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. * Experience in coordinating with process owners and business to understand the as\-is process and design the automation process flow using Blue Prism and Python * Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. * Extensive development experience with Browser Automation, Windows Automation, Surface Automation, Mainframe, SAP, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, Web Services. * Development experience in VB / C\#.NET, Python \& knowledge of HTML, SQL, VBO. * Knowledge of OCR Technology, UiPath certification is added advantage Some other highly valued skills include: * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical abilities. * Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. * Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success. The successful candidate will be based in Pune. **Purpose of the role** To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. **Accountabilities** * Development and delivery of high\-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
