Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and assigned outbound calls for loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Home Loans
  • Connect with pre-generated leads only (no lead generation involved)
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products
  • Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and end-to-end process clearly
  • Manage the complete loan sales cycle from customer interaction to loan disbursement
  • Follow up with customers for documentation and application status
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience and build trust with customers

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 6 Months –3 years of experience in telesales / inside sales with exposure to loan products
  • Experience in Fintech / NBFC / Banking is mandatory or highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, or Home Loan sales
  • Strong communication skills with customer-handling confidence
  • Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of any South Indian language (Telugu / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam) is an added advantage
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills preferred
  • Max age limit- 32 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
