Ai Trainer / Ai Data Trainer - Remote

Job Overview:

We are looking for an AI Trainer to help improve and evaluate AI models by providing high-quality data, feedback, and domain-specific insights. This role involves working closely with AI systems to train, test, and refine their responses across various tasks such as language, reasoning, coding, or domain-specific knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train AI models by creating, reviewing, and refining prompts and responses
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality
• Perform data annotation, labeling, and categorization tasks
• Provide feedback to improve model performance and reduce errors
• Follow project guidelines and maintain high-quality standards
• Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement of AI systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (CS, Engineering, Linguistics, Math, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
• Comfortable working with tools, spreadsheets, and AI platforms

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AI training, data annotation, or content evaluation
• Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering
• Domain expertise (e.g., coding, mathematics, language, finance, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets
