The **Rate Loader** plays a critical role in the logistics department by ensuring accurate and timely loading of rates into the system. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. The Rate Loader will collaborate closely with the logistics team to maintain accurate rate information and contribute to the overall success of the logistics operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Accurately input rates into the designated system following established guidelines and procedures. * Ensure timely loading of rates to meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency. * Verify rate accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner. * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of rate structures, tariffs, and industry regulations. * Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on rate loading status and address any inquiries or concerns. * Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in rate loading procedures. * Generate reports and metrics related to rate loading activities as required by management. * Contribute to the training of new team members on rate loading processes and systems. * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times. **Key Skills \& Competencies:** * Previous experience in a logistics or transportation role preferred. * Basic knowledge of mathematics as a discipline—in particular rate calculations * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with rate management systems. * Excellent in reading/understand English especially US client documents and should be able to self\-work based on the document instruction. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. * Should be flexible in working any shift as per process requirement. * Strong analytical and reasoning skills. * Experience in working Cloud platform is preferable. (Eg: Azure/AWS/Citrix). * Knowledge of logistics industry practices, regulations, and terminology is a plus.
