Software Engineer - JAVA+ Spring boot+ Mongo DB

Primary Responsibilities:

• Backend & Microservices Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java based applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
  • Build and support microservices based architectures with proper API versioning and error handling
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following enterprise coding standards
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high quality solutions

• Cloud & AWS

  • Develop and deploy applications on AWS using services such as EC2, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, Lambda, and CloudWatch
  • Support containerized deployments (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor application performance, availability, and scalability in cloud environments
  • Implement security best practices, logging, and monitoring

• Database & Data Management

  • Design and develop data models using MongoDB
  • Optimize queries, indexes, and data access patterns
  • Ensure data consistency, reliability, and performance

• Testing & Quality

  • Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit / Mockito
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
• Hands on experience with Spring Boot and REST API development
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Solid proficiency in Java (8+/11/17)
• Solid working knowledge of MongoDB (schema design, querying, performance tuning)
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)
• Exposure to security concepts (OAuth2, JWT)
• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
