Management Trainee - Legal & Compliance

Management Trainee in the new world driven by AI. The role involves applying acquired knowledge with available CodlessAI Software Application Design Studio into a full fledged application. The training involves researching the process, use various AI tools to build AI Enabled Software application that automates the process under consideration between 60-80% and work on partnering with providers for the remaining services for effective end-to-end solution for the area under consideration. Below are the areas:

• Legal - Document Management, Drafting, Contracting, Digital Signature, Activity / Case list tracking
• Software Product Development for the above related Processes

Qualifications:

• BA/LLB or equivalent business experience is a plus.
• Fair understanding of AI and ML technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Additional Information:

• 6 months' training @ 7500/-pm Stipend
• 15000/-pm and above upon confirmation and based on performance, plus additional quarterly performance bonus.
• 3 Months interim review for exceptional performers and early confirmation
• Work Location: In person at Thane
• Only Mumbai/Thane candidates will be preferred
• 1-3% sweat equity upon successfully establishing the business model for the Software Product

Pay: ₹200,000.00 per year
