Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build Owned Acquisition Engines (Primary KPI)
- Scale SEO-led traffic (content, programmatic pages, authority building)
- Build high-conversion landing page ecosystems
- Build high-intent content funnels (blogs, landing pages, diagnosis tools)
- Launch quizzes / oral health assessments → product recommendations
- Create authority in oral care science, not generic FMCG content
- Drive organic social + content distribution
- Build and scale a profitable, defensible D2C revenue engine driven entirely by owned, organic, partnership-led, and community-driven channels—with zero dependency on Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart & any other marketplace.
2. Community-Led Growth & Commerce Build and monetize communities on:
- Telegram Launch closed user groups, expert-led communities, and cohorts
- Drive engagement → trust → conversion loops
3. Influencer & Creator Commerce (Non-Ad Driven)
- Build a performance-driven creator network (micro + niche experts)
- Structure rev-share models (no upfront spends)
- Enable creators with content, funnels, and tracking infra
4. CRM & Lifecycle Growth (Core Engine) Own full funnel retention using CRM + marketing automation platform
- Klaviyo • MoEngage etc.
Build:
- Email, SMS, WhatsApp automation
- Repeat purchase journeys
- Subscription & membership programs
- Improve LTV, repeat rate, and cohort performance
5. Partnerships & Offline-to-Online Growth Build partnerships with:
- Clinics, professionals, and experts (relevant to category)
- Content platforms and publishers
- Communities and institutions Convert offline trust → online D2C sales
6. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Own website funnel end-to-end Optimize:
- Landing pages
- Product pages
- Checkout flows Run continuous A/B testing on:
- Messaging
- Offers
- Bundling
- UX 7. Build Compounding Growth Loops
- Referral programs (customer → customer acquisition)
- UGC flywheels (content → distribution → trust)
- Community → content → commerce loops • Subscription and habit-forming models
8. Revenue & Unit Economics Ownership Own D2C P&L (excluding paid ads & marketplaces)
Drive:
- CAC (near-zero or organic)
- LTV growth
- Contribution margin Ensure sustainable, profitable scaling Channels in Scope (Only These)
- SEO & content ecosystems
- Email / SMS / WhatsApp CRM
- Organic social
- Influencer / affiliate (performance-based)
- Community commerce (WhatsApp, Telegram)
- Partnerships & offline-to-online
- Direct traffic & brand-led acquisition Must-Have Experience
- Proven track record of scaling D2C without paid ads or marketplaces
- Built organic or low-CAC growth engines
- Strong expertise in:

- Deep understanding of consumer behaviour & retention
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
