About the Role: Own the core tech stack, including ASR, TTS, LLM orchestration, telephony, and APIs. Drive technical evaluations, releases, and documentation while collaborating with vendors and open-source communities. Key Responsibilities:* + Own and benchmark ASR, TTS, LLM orchestration, telephony, and APIs. + Plan product and platform releases with Product Managers. + Coordinate with vendors and external contributors. + Drive open-source contributions, technical documentation, and best-practice publications. + Maintain evaluation pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:* + Proven experience in Voice AI, NLP, or related core technology engineering. + Strong experience with ASR, TTS, LLM orchestration, and telephony systems. + Hands-on experience with APIs, platform releases, and open-source contributions. + Excellent problem-solving, technical leadership, and documentation skills.
