Project Delivery - Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our innovative digital solutions in the exciting sports technology domain. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of managing technical projects, mentoring teams, and building robust processes from the ground up. As a key member of our technology leadership team, will contribute significantly in creating and implementing the roadmap for respective line of business and overall delivery setup. Key Responsibilities* Responsible for overall project delivery end-to-end from requirements analysis, planning, resources management to deployment.

• Manage medium to large projects and be responsible for scope, schedule, quality and cost of the project.
• Manage timely communication to project team and stakeholders and garner the respective buy-ins as needed for successful delivery.
• Lead the cross-platform project teams for technical collaboration among the development, testing, infosec, DevOps, other teams and architects.
• Measure and improve Project performance, Operational performance and product performance using metrics/KPI’s. Effective time to market.
• Manage agile methodology-based product delivery. Apply best practices to the software development life cycle for projects based on experiences with agile and blended approaches, effectively coordinating the implementations across teams.
• Plan and manage multiple parallel release / projects / scrums.
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels & reporting the risk in timely manner.
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across technology platform & setting up priorities. Ensure the following of Scrum Rituals as needed.
• Recommend improvements and drive alignment across teams.
• Coach and mentor project managers to facilitate adoption and maturity of delivery excellence practices. Bring in the required innovation, technology know-how, industry best practices.

Background and Experience* 8+ years of overall experience across end-to-end project management.

• PMP / ITIL certification is an added bonus.
• Experience in building out large-scale consumer facing fan engagements like fantasy games, predictors, quizzes etc across web and app is a plus.
• Hands on, for designing & execution of S/w products, processes, project, release schedules, Managing through metrics & delivery KPI.
• Experience of managing with agile methodologies and best practices.
• Fluency in communication and ability to positively influence teams and ecosystem players.
• Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the ask
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
