AI (Agentic & Generative AI) – Technical Lead

Job Description: AI (Agentic & Generative AI) – Technical Lead Required Skills:

• • Experience should have 8 to 12 years.
    • Strong Python and AI/ML development experience.
    • Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.).
    • Experience in prompt engineering & GenAI frameworks.
    • Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
    • Experience in APIs, microservices, and system design.
    • Experience with multi-agent systems / autonomous agents is good to have.
    • Exposure to LLMOps / MLOps.
    • Knowledge of knowledge graphs / advanced reasoning systems.
    • Should have good oral and written communication.
    • Should be a good team player.
    • Should be proactive and adaptive.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Design and develop Agentic AI systems and LLM-based applications.
    • Build solutions using Langchain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI.
    • Implement RAG pipelines and integrate vector databases.
    • Lead end-to-end AI solution architecture and deployment.
    • Integrate AI systems with enterprise applications and APIs.
    • Ensure AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
    • Mentor team members and drive technical excellence.
    • Understanding on the SDLC.
    • Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
    • Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report.
