Job Title: Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer who understands social media trends, ad creatives, and AI-assisted design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-converting social media creatives (Carousels, Static Ads, Banners)
• Create ad creatives for Meta & Google campaigns
• Design brochures, pitch decks, and branding materials
• Collaborate with SEO & Content team for campaign creatives
• Follow latest design trends and competitor analysis
• Maintain brand consistency

Required Tools & Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Canva (Pro level understanding)
• Figma (basic to intermediate)
• AI tools: Mid journey / Leonardo AI / Canva AI / Chat GPT (for creative ideas)
• Understanding of CTR-focused ad design
• Knowledge of thumbnail psychology & hook design

Performance Expectation:

• Creatives should focus on engagement & conversion
• Ability to create 10–15 creatives per week
• Strong understanding of Reels & Carousel trends
