Job Summary
Sunware Technologies is looking for an experienced Golang Lead Developer to design and build scalable backend systems, particularly in the payments domain. The candidate should have strong expertise in Golang, system architecture, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities-
Design and develop scalable backend applications using Golang
-Architect system workflows and ensure performance and reliability
- Build microservices-based applications- Develop and integrate REST APIs-
Work on high-throughput payment systems-
Implement event-driven architecture- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-
Ensure code quality through automation testing-
Optimize performance using Redis caching

Required Skills & Expertise-
Strong experience in Go (Golang)- Expertise in PostgreSQL-
Experience in system design and architecture-
7+ years in payment gateway processing-
Experience in credit card / payment systems-
Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems-
Experience with AWS or GCP- Knowledge of Redis caching- Automation testing experience-
Exposure to AI tools like Claude-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications-
Experience in fintech domain-
Prior leadership experience-
Ability to mentor team
