Saaro Beyond Packaging is a premium luxury packaging & printing company specializing in high-end rigid boxes and custom packaging solutions for gifting, retail, and luxury brands.

We are building a strong digital presence and are looking for a next-gen Creative AI Designer who is obsessed with AI, creativity, and results.

Role Overview

This role is for someone who can shoot, design, edit, write, and publish — using the latest AI tools to create viral-ready packaging content and market-driven box designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Creative Production

Heavy use of latest AI tools including (but not limited to):

Nano Banana, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI

Runway, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Pika, Kling, etc.

Generate premium, eye-catching & viral creatives

Continuously experiment with new AI tools & workflows

This role demands someone OBSESSED with AI and its real business utility.

2. Packaging & Box Design

Create new packaging & box designs as per market trends and client briefs

Prepare print-ready files for sampling & production

Ensure designs are technically feasible for manufacturing

3. Social Media Execution

Post all creatives on Saaro’s social media platforms

Understand basic content strategy, trends & posting formats

Maintain visual consistency and premium brand identity

4. Creative Writing (Short Copy)

Write short, crisp write-ups / captions for selected boxes

Explain box concept, material, finish & use-case in a luxury tone

Assist with client-facing visual presentations when needed

Mandatory Skills

Strong design sense & luxury aesthetic

Hands-on experience with AI tools (Nano Banana experience is a MUST)

Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW / similar

Understanding of printing, dielines, box structures & materials

Ability to handle end-to-end creative execution
