Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager – Sales to lead branch-level

operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team.

The role is focused on driving business for our EV (Electric Vehicle) rental model, including

client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue generation through fleet deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Target Management

 Own and achieve branch sales targets (monthly & quarterly)

 Drive revenue through:

o Team performance (Relationship Managers)

o Individual sales closures

 Ensure consistent achievement of business targets in the EV rental segment

Team Leadership & Management

 Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers

 Set KPIs and track daily/weekly performance

 Conduct field visits, reviews, and training sessions

 Ensure strong productivity and conversion rates

Business Development – EV Rental Model

 Drive business growth for EV leasing / rental solutions

 Identify and onboard:

o Fleet partners

o Aggregators

o Corporate clients

 Develop local partnerships to expand EV deployment

 Promote adoption of EV rental solutions in the assigned territory

Client Handling & Closures

 Support team in closing high-value and strategic deals

 Personally handle key clients such as:

o Fleet operators

o Business owners

o Institutional clients

 Build and maintain a strong client network in the EV ecosystem

Market Expansion

 Identify high-potential areas for EV business expansion

 Create strategies for consistent lead generation

 Increase brand visibility through on-ground activities

Reporting & Coordination

 Track leads, pipeline, and closures

 Share MIS reports with Head Office:

o Sales data

o Team performance

o Market insights

 Coordinate with HO for lead allocation and execution strategies

Experience Required

 4–7 years in Sales / B2B Sales / Financial Products / Fleet / Mobility / Leasing

 Minimum 2–3 years in team handling role

Preferred Background

 Insurance / Banking / NBFC / Financial Products (with strong B2B exposure)
