We are seeking academically strong and industry-relevant faculty members in the area of Analytics and Artificial Intelligence to contribute to teaching, research, and institutional development at the postgraduate (MBA) level.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact teaching to MBA students using a blend of conceptual clarity and hands-on, application-driven pedagogy
• Design and deliver courses aligned with contemporary business analytics, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled enterprise applications
• Integrate tools, programming, and real-world datasets into classroom delivery to enhance experiential learning
• Contribute to curriculum development in emerging areas of analytics, AI, and digital technologies
• Engage in high-quality research, publications, and thought leadership in relevant domains
• Mentor students on academic projects, industry engagements, and career readiness
• Collaborate with industry partners for live projects, consulting, and executive education initiatives

Desired Profile

• Ph.D. (completed or near completion for Assistant Professor) in Analytics, Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of data-driven business problem solving and applied analytics
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant insights for non-technical audiences
• Hands-on familiarity with modern analytics and AI tools, programming environments, and cloud-based platforms
• Evidence of research publications, industry experience, or consulting exposure will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching MBA students

Position Levels

• Assistant Professor: Early-career academics with strong potential in teaching and research
• Associate Professor: Experienced faculty with proven track record in teaching excellence, research publications, and academic leadership

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
