Marketing Manager (5 to 8 years)

The Marketing Manager develops and implements targeted marketing strategies across digital platforms (web, email, social media) to support generation efforts. This role focuses on creating content, campaigns, and marketing materials that align with brand objectives and resonate with our target audience and strategic partners. Additionally, the role supports partner development initiatives by developing qualified partner leads and building relationships to meet sales goals.

This position is responsible for defining and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy and driving qualified, partner-level leads through targeted outreach and campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Execution:

  • Design and execute strategic marketing plans across web, email, and social media channels.
  • Manage the digital content calendar and ensure consistency of voice and messaging.
  • Develop campaign assets and visuals tailored to different stages of the partner journey.
  • Launch and optimize integrated campaigns, leveraging A/B testing and analytics to refine performance.
  • Maintain and improve marketing automation workflows and email nurturing sequences.

Lead Generation:

  • Partner with Sales to define, validate, and refine target segments and ICPs.
  • Design and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads aligned with defined ideal customer and partner profiles.
  • Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, web) to drive inbound and outbound interest.
  • Manage lead capture, scoring, and nurturing through CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Analyze lead quality, engagement, and conversion metrics to continuously improve targeting and messaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, outreach, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to understand upcoming roadmap items and incorporate them into campaign planning and positioning.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on partner engagement, campaign outcomes, and market dynamics.

Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics: traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Use tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn) to extract insights and drive decisions.
  • Identify trends across campaigns, channels, and audience segments.
  • Establish and maintain marketing KPIs aligned with revenue and growth goals

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp).
  • Experience in lead generation, partner enablement, or account-based marketing.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency with data-driven marketing and analytics.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or partner development.
