Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct detailed research on companies and collect structured business data

* Identify key signals such as hiring trends, expansion, funding, and regulatory activity

* Evaluate and score companies using the **MRC Signal Model**

* Maintain accurate and organized records in the Company Tracker (Google Sheets)

* Test AI prompts and document outputs, performance, and improvements

* Recommend relevant MRC solutions based on identified company signals

* Ensure all entries meet defined quality and completeness standards
