THE ROLE You'll own the entire revenue picture for your region — not just close deals, but build the commercial systems that create them. This means full accountability for enterprise sales, partner ecosystem development, and team leadership across Americas, Europe, and MEAA markets from our Pune base. You're selling Physical AI to Fortune 500 operations directors and CTOs making their first autonomous site intelligence investment. These are multi-million dollar decisions that reshape how critical infrastructure operates. Within 72 hours of any enterprise engagement, you'll have a custom proposal ready. AI handles the first draft; you own the strategy and conviction that closes complex, multi-stakeholder cycles. WHAT YOU'LL OWN • Full revenue accountability for your region — direct enterprise deals and partner-sourced pipeline • Complex enterprise sales cycles with energy, mining, and infrastructure operators across 6+ month deal timelines • Partner ecosystem growth — VARs, drone service providers, system integrators who sell FlytBase independently • Territory planning and account strategy systems that compound quarter over quarter • Deal orchestration across operations directors, CTOs, procurement teams, and site managers • Team leadership — coaching AEs and BDRs, running deal reviews, setting commercial execution standards • Market intelligence that directly shapes product roadmap and company strategy • Customer and partner travel to refineries, solar farms, mining operations, and industry events globally • Proposal development using AI workflows that compress turnaround from days to hours BEST SUITED FOR • 3-7 years closing B2B enterprise deals with consistent quota achievement, selling technical or platform products • Real channel experience with VARs, resellers, or system integrators — running business reviews and enabling partner success • Proven track record selling to senior leadership at global enterprises, comfortable across time zones from India • Builder mentality — you've built territories, channel programs, or sales processes from scratch • AI-native approach to sales — using Claude, Clay, Apollo, Gong to reshape how you research, propose, and close • Solution-oriented selling style that positions complex technical products at the executive level • Experience with drones, robotics, or IoT platforms is valuable but not required • Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites and industry events regularly WHAT MAKES YOU A FLYTER • Ownership without oversight: We won't micromanage your pipeline — you own outcomes, forecasting discipline, and deal strategy from first conversation to contract signature. • Builder instinct: You don't wait for playbooks or warm leads — you see white space and build the commercial systems to fill it. • AI-native execution: You experiment with new tools weekly and build account research workflows that compress proposal cycles from days to hours. • Market-facing energy: You thrive in refineries, mining operations, and partner offices — relationships aren't built from desks. • High-velocity problem solving: When deals get stuck or partners need enablement, you move fast and own the solution.
