Job Summary

We’re looking for a smart, professional and hardworking postgraduate with experience, supporting a 170+ member organization through stakeholder support and operational contributions. You’ll follow standardized processes, maintain strong controls, analyse data for compliance and process improvement, respond to business questions related to processes and tools and capture business needs to drive process enhancements.

This is an individual contributor role based in Pune. The position reports to Procurement Regional Coordination – Process Excellence and is a full-time, permanent role.

What you will do

  • Support or lead process‑related projects and initiatives across regions

  • Contribute to compliance activities and ensure alignment with global policies, standards and internal controls

  • Support the implementation and advancement of digital procurement initiatives

  • Analyze procurement data and KPIs; prepare structured reports and actionable insights

  • Collaborate with Global Process Excellence, regional category and local procurement teams to drive process improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in workshops, root‑cause analysis sessions and standardization activities, providing meaningful input and follow‑through. We believe you have


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.

  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)

  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and concepts; familiarity with SAP/Ariba is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical capabilities supported by solid computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other digital tools; AI knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Proactive and self-driven individual with a strong interest in innovation, creativity and continuous process improvement.

  • Hands‑on problem-solving mindset with the ability to effectively map and understand processes.

  • Adaptable, motivated and responsible “go‑getter” who demonstrates initiative, ownership and a strong willingness to learn.
